Louis R Cappelli

A native of Westchester County, New York, Louis graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1973 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York and holds a General Construction License in the State of Florida.

With 45 years of industry experience, Louis has held a wide range of positions in construction and real estate beginning with Saturn Construction, where he started as a Project Manager and rose through the ranks to become President, overseeing $500 million of private and public construction projects. In 1984, he formed Cappelli Associates, a family owned and managed development firm that became one of the major office developers in Westchester County with its award-winning 1,000,000-square-foot Summit Office Park, as well as its major participation in the nationally acclaimed downtown White Plains Urban Renewal program.

He founded and currently serves as CEO of the Cappelli Organization, a completely vertical, full service development company engaged in the financing, design, marketing, and construction of office buildings, parking structures, mixed-use developments, shopping centers, hotels, and residential communities. To date, over ten million square feet, representing a value of over $3 billion in Westchester and Connecticut alone.

George E Vomvolakis

George is a 20 year veteran of the multifamily industry. A graduate of Manhattan College, George moved to Atlanta, Georgia in 1994 and started his career in multifamily construction as a Superintendent.

Previous to forming PGE, George was the Mid-Atlantic & North-East Regional Vice President of Construction, for Lennar Multifamily Communities and was responsible for $847 million in active and pending projects over 3 years.

Over the course of his career he has successfully completed 37 separate projects in 10 states in the eastern United States; totaling $2.2 billion dollars in total development cost. George lives in northern Virginia with his family and also maintains residences in New York and Georgia.

Peter Palazzo

Peter has over 30 years of experience in the construction and development industry. Although he's primarily been involved in logistically challenging, high-rise projects in the New York metropolitan area, he's worked throughout the US and on consulting assignments in Israel, South Korea, and Saudi Arabia.

An undergraduate civil engineer with a Master's degree in Construction Engineering from Columbia University, Peter started his career with a heavy/civil company, but began working in building construction shortly thereafter. He spent over 15 years with HRH Construction, rising from project manager to Managing Director of the firm. For the last 12 years he's been President of both Fuller Construction and Fuller Development in New York.
